How quickly and easily we tend to judge people — but when it comes to assigning marks or justifying those judgments based on specific criteria, it’s not that easy. Recently, I was given the responsibility to judge participants in the ‘Mr. and Ms. Fresher – MBA’ event. It turned out to be a valuable new experience. Thankfully, I had the support of our faculty member, Lecturer Mr. Aashish Bhandari sir, which helped me handle the responsibility with confidence.
